Project: Navigating Cultural and Communication Differences
The Goal:
The team was looking for a creative way to test employee's knowledge of Cultural Communication Differences. Instead of using a typical Microsoft form to collect information, I suggested something more interactive.
The Plan
Using the avatar tool Synthesia, I created an interactive quiz with branching scenarios based on the answers chosen by the user.
The Result
The team was thrilled with the change and the 10% boost in engagement when compared to the previous format.
