The client was looking for a solution to better organize their content and create a content distribution plan that included content across various departments/internal affinity groups.
The Plan:
Based on the client’s unique needs, I decided to use a tool called CoSchedule to build the client an editorial calendar. Not only is this tool great as a content calendar, but it is also a simplified project management tool and a social media scheduling tool. These features could help the different teams to organize their cross-functional tasks.
The Results:
The client hasn’t yet fully implemented the use of the content calendar. However, they plan to use the tool once their new website is up and running.
