The Goal:

The client wanted to repurpose existing content into an online course aimed at increasing free trial sign-ups for their signature time management product.

The Plan:

I took a deep dive into the client's existing content (written, audio, and video). I interviewed 6 SMEs (3 people on the company's leadership staff and 3 existing clients). This process helped me to gain better insight about the product/users that I then infused into the course content.

The Results:

I don't have quantitative metrics to share about the success of this project (my contract ended with the agency). The only success measure I have is that upon delivery, the company project manager did express how happy she was with the design and development of the course.
